A bit about me

Hi I'm Jen, I'm a practising midwife, and have been supporting women and their families since 2000. After working in busy London and Birmingham Hospitals we settled in Cheltenham in 2008 with our two children, where I currently work in the local NHS. 

I am an AOR registered reflexologist and have been treating people since 2003. 

I qualified with HypnobirthingmidwivesUK, an RCM approved training course in 2019, and I want to share my knowledge and skills with you so you can achieve a calm, confident and positive birth.

What is Hypnobirthing?

Hynobirthing is a method of relaxation, using tools such as breathing techniques, massage and visualisation.

What's included?

During the course you will learn how to work with your body to facilitate birth. Learning about positions, relaxation techniques, including breath work, massage and visualisation. Recorded scripts are also included for home practise along with lots of midwife tips!

    Reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment on the feet to stimulate good health and well-being. Treatments can be done anytime from 16 weeks of pregnancy and after birth for a relaxing treat. Treatments cost £50 and include essential oil foot massage to finish.
